Prices are for the apartment per week for 2 persons in UK pounds. Minimum rental period 7 nights
There will be an extra laundry charge of £10 per person, (if more than 2 people staying).
Discount on longer stays during off peak periods are available.
The apartment is more suited to couples only. Not suitable for young families.
25% deposit on booking balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting written confirmation and deposit. A £200 breakage bond is required with final payment, this will be returned within 48 hours of departure, provided no damage has occured.
